If one of your attendees is struggling to connect to your meeting or has misplaced their dial-in details you can resend an attendee's joining details via the call dashboard.


To do this click anywhere on the attendee’s profile card:




You will then have the option to resend joining instructions by email, SMS text message or you can view and copy the attendee's unique dial-in details. 


You can also dial the attendee into the conference if you have their contact number by selecting the invite guest option under preferences.
