When your account administrator adds you as a leader to use our services, you will receive an email from us welcoming you to Meetupcall. In the email, the Activate Leader Account button will send you to a page to set your password.
Once you've set your password you will be able to access your account control panel at manage.meetupcall.com.
The first place you will arrive is your homepage, which will allow you to arrange and join a meeting using your personal meeting ID or Meeting Link
You can take a copy to send out to your attendees using one of the two buttons as shown
If you require a dialing number for a different location, select the drop down arrow next to the number to select an alternative country.
You will be presented with three joining options for your upcoming meeting, Call Me - Dial-In - Online.
|Call Me||Enter your contact number and we call you to join the meeting|
|Dial-In||Dial into the meeting and enter the meeting ID when prompted|
|Online||Join the meeting over the internet using either just audio or video|
Arrange a meeting in the future
Select the 'Schedule meeting in the future' option.
You will be presented with three options
With a Link
Copy the meeting link and send to your attendees via your calendar event or email.
When it's time to join the meeting click the link and follow the instructions

From your calendar (A meeting by invitation only)
A Simple way to arrange a meeting is through your event calendar by creating a new appointment and inviting your attendees using their email address, without the need to log into your dashboard.
Meetupcall is compatible with most calendar applications including Outlook, Google, Apple, iPhone & Android.
Create a new event in your calendar and include firstname.lastname@example.org as an attendee. Click send and we’ll do the rest!
Be sure to use the email address registered to your leader account and if you use more than one email address, get in touch and we can link your additional email addresses to your account
Please Note: Using email invite creates a unique invitation for the attendee that cannot be shared. To add additional attendees edit the current calendar event or speak to support.
You will be given the number to dial and Meeting ID to enter, change the location if not based in the United Kingdom for the local number of the desired country.
Move the slider to reveal the Leader Pin if required.
