3 Good reasons to start tagging your calls:

  • Makes it easier to search through previous meetings
  • Easily associate a specific call to a certain cost centre, based on tag
  • Group calls by customer or project

You can set this up so we automatically tag all your meetings for you, this can be done by updating your leader settings.

You can find the call tagging setting on your meeting dashboard under the settings tab and then selecting the meeting tab and scrolling to the bottom of the page.

If you forget to add a tag, or do not want your participants to see it within the subject line, you could always add the tag after your call has ended.

You can do this by adding the tag to individual calls found under your completed call section on the meeting dashboard by selecting the call in question and clicking on the call tag icon.

This will then open our "tag this call" box where you can enter and save a tag against the call.
