If one of your attendees is struggling to connect to your conference call or has misplaced their dial-in details you can find them on the conference call dashboard.
To do this simply click on the ‘info’ button at the bottom of an attendee’s card:
This will then give you three options:
- Resend the invite email to that attendee
- Send a free text message with their dial-in details to the attendee’s mobile phone
- View the attendee's unique dial-in details
