What is the Leader Alias setting?
The leader alias setting allows you to arrange and edit conference calls from an additional email address and calendar.
What benefits does this option provide to you?
- Able to add another email address to organise conference calls without having to create another leader.
- Does not require direct access to the other email calendar, to organise conference calls.
- Able to assist and compensate email domain name changes, as you can add your previous email address to organise conference calls.
How to add an email alias to your Leader account?
To add an alias to your account, please contact our customer support team on 0203 137 8933 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address that you want as your alias and we will be able to action that onto your account.
