For an attendee to share their screen, they first must be dialled in to a conference call and viewing the conference dashboard.
To view the conference dashboard the attendee needs to click on the 'View this call in real-time' button on the invite email.
Then, to share their screen the attendee simply clicks on the screenshare icon on the top right-hand side of the dashboard.
We will then check their computer to see if they have the screenshare client installed. This can take up to 40 seconds depending on the speed of their internet connection.
If they don’t have the screenshare client installed they will be asked to download a small file - this will take just a few seconds.
Once the screenshare client is installed and the attendee can share their screen, everyone else on the call will receive a notification telling them that someone on the call wants to share their screen.
Should more than one attendee on the call wish to share their screen then they can do.
Each screen that is being shared will be opened in a separate tab on your browser, and you can switch between screens by clicking the screen icon on each attendee’s card whilst on the conference dashboard.
