For an attendee to share their screen, they first must be viewing the call dashboard.
To view the dashboard the attendee needs to click on the 'View Joining Options' button on the invite email.
Then, to share their screen the attendee selects the screenshare icon from the task bar on the dashboard, as highlighted below.
We will then check their computer to see if they have the screenshare client installed. This can take up to 40 seconds depending on the speed of their internet connection, once completed the screen will automatically start sharing.
All attendees on the call will be alerted once the screen is being shared by a banner at the top of the dashboard and a clickable blue monitor icon under the sharers name card.
Each screen that is being shared will be opened in a separate tab on your browser, and you can also switch between screens by clicking the screen icon on each attendee’s card.
