With Meetupcall you and your attendees can choose to receive a call when the conference starts. This means you or your attendees no longer have to set a reminder, then dig around trying to find the dial-in details whilst everybody else is sat waiting for them to join the call.
To arrange a call at the start of a conference, click on the ‘View Joining Options’ button on the email invite which will take you to the call dashboard.
From the call dashboard you can enter a number to be called at the start of the conference.
If this is a reoccurring conference you can select to be called for future instances of this conference, as well as chose to be called at the start of all future conferences after that.
Updating or cancelling dial out
To cancel or change the number to be dialed on from the invite follow the same process and click on the ‘View joining Options’ from the invite.
You will now have a choice to cancel the dial out by selecting the red ‘DON’T CALL ME’ button. This will stop the dial out for the conference.
To change the current contact number, select the ‘Don’t Call Me’ option and then over type the number already entered and select the ‘Call me at the start’ button again to reset up the call.
