When attempting to join online, if you receive an X against one of the three checks required, there are a number of ways to resolve this.
A banner will pop up at the bottom of the page, click YES to give access to the mic.
If there is still an issue click on the 'Padlock' icon next to the URL and select 'Allow' under the Website Permissions
Finally check the audio on your device is not muted, usually displayed on your task bar with a line through the speaker icon.
PLEASE NOTE: Internet explorer is currently not supported for VOIP calls and you will need to try an alternative browser to take advantage of this feature.
Once these checks have been made, select the 'Joining Options' button again on the dashboard and if all checks are successful you can then join the conference using the Online option.
As an alternative joining method you can still join the conference via a phone with your conference ID.
