Unable to install the screenshare application?
- Check whether you need administrator rights to install any applications on your computer. If so, please contact your IT team to install the application for you.
Unable to open or start the screenshare application?
- Make sure that you have the app installed on your computer and under your username.
- Try opening the app in a different browser. To do this you can open your invitation email and right click on the share my screen button, then click on copy link address. Once you have done this, paste the link into a different browser.
- If the issue still persists, contact your IT team as the network's firewall could be blocking our domain.
