To share your screen, you first must be dialled in to a conference call as the leader and viewing the conference dashboard.
To view the conference dashboard you need to click on the ‘View the conference dashboard’ button on the invite email.
Then, to share your screen you simply click on the screenshare icon on the top right-hand side of the dashboard.
We will then check your computer to see if you have the screenshare client installed. This can take up to 40 seconds depending on the speed of your internet connection.
If you don’t have the screenshare client installed you will be asked to download a small file - this will take just a few seconds and only needs to be done once.
Once the screenshare client is installed and you can share your screen, everyone else on the call will receive a notification telling them that someone on the call wants to share their screen.
