The invoices are generated and sent out to the Account Administrator on the first day of each month. Here is a breakdown of everything that may appear on your invoice.
Types of payment
The plan subscription payment is for your monthly Meetupcall subscription, inclusive of the minutes that you signed up for in your plan.
Excess conference minutes
This payment will appear on your invoice if you exceed your plan minutes. Your account will be charged for the number of minutes that was used in the month. If you find yourself regularly exceeding your conference minutes, you may want to consider upgrading your account to accommodate the additional minutes.
PAYG conference minutes (Exclusive to pay as you go plans)
This type of payment is applicable only to pay as you go plans. You will be charged for the total number of minutes you have used in the month.
Dial out usage
Should you have our dial-out feature enabled, you will be charged for any minutes that are used through the feature.

Toll free usage
This charge is made if one of our toll free numbers is used during the month.

This charge is made if one of our GeoPlus numbers is used during the month. You can find out which numbers are GeoPlus numbers by going to the Countries tab and finding the dagger symbol (†) next to the number.
