For an attendee to view your screen they will first need to join your conference dashboard.
From the email invite they need to click on the 'View Joining Options' button which open up the dashboard in your browser, as below.
Alternatively if you have an older version of the invite they can join the dashboard using the button that is about half way down the email invite.
Once on the call dashboard and you are sharing your screen they will see the following banner at the top of the page. Click the link to start instantly viewing, no add-on or program installation is required.
A clickable blue monitor icon under the sharers name card will also appear to show who is currently sharing their screen.
Sharing your screen as an attendee
The attendee can also share their screen selecting the following 'share my screen' button, that is located at the top of the conference call dashboard.
When sharing the screen a second banner will be displayed on the dashboard and clicking the link will open up the screen in a new tab on their browser.
Please note: The first time they share their screen a small program will first install on their PC to enable them to do so, installation typically takes around 40 seconds.
