To join a call, you should have received an email either from Meetupcall or from the call leader with your dial-in number and conference ID.
Before joining the call
- Check that the dial-in number is correct for your country and timezone.
- If it's not correct, you can update your timezone with the update your location link provided in the easy-invite email. We will send you a new easy-invite email right away with your updated details.
If dial-out is enabled you will have a link at the top of the easy-invite email where you can enter your phone number. Once you've entered your number you will be called at the start of the call, and you can choose to be called for every call if it is a recurring conference call. All you have to do in this instance is answer your phone when it rings and you'll be placed straight into the conference call.
Dial in normally
If you wish to dial in normally when the call is due to start, simply call the dial in number we provided, enter the ID when prompted followed by the # key and follow any further audio instructions.
Other joining options
On the reminder email, you will also see a link called other joining options. Clicking this link will take you to a pop-up box on the conference dashboard where you can select your location and see a geographic number for you to dial to join the conference.
