When your account administrator adds you as a leader to use our services, you will receive an email from us welcoming you to Meetupcall. In the email, the Activate Leader Account button will send you to a page to set your password.
Setting your password
- Click on the Activate Leader Account button.
- Enter password.
- Confirm your password.
- Click on the Set Password button.
Once you've set your password you will be able to access your account control panel at manage.meetupcall.com.
Seeing the account control panel for the first time
On your account control panel, you will see a column of tabs to the left covering everything from your call activity and international dial-in numbers to a settings page where you can change the individual call settings for your account.
Arranging a Meeting
There are several ways to arrange a meeting with Meetupcall. Clicking the ‘Schedule Meeting’ button displays three options
Remote Meeting shows your meeting link, Easy Invite how to arrange a meeting from your calendar & Audio Call displays your shared ID & geographic dial-in numbers to dial.
Arrange Yourself - Shared Meeting ID or Meeting Link
If you’d prefer to arrange a meeting yourself, you can copy your shared meeting ID by selecting the ‘Audio Call’ option.
- Select the location/country for you and your attendees, to display the local dial-in numbers.
- Click ‘Copy to Clipboard’, then paste the details and send them to your attendees
- You can send the details by calendar invite
- or send direct via email
To see your leader pin, click ‘Join as Call leader?’ and you can copy and paste the details for your own reference ahead of the call
This ID is assigned to your leader account and will never change. The same ID can be used for any conference calls in the future.
Arrange Yourself using a Meeting Link
You can also send out a personal meeting link to your attendees to join a meeting by selecting the Remote Meeting tab.

From your calendar (Easy Invite)
A Simple way to arrange a meeting through your event calendar by creating a new appointment and inviting your attendees using their email address.
Meetupcall is compatible with most calendar applications including Outlook, Google, Apple, iPhone & Android.
Create a new event in your calendar and include firstname.lastname@example.org as an attendee. Click send and we’ll do the rest!
Be sure to use the email address registered to your leader account and if you use more than one email address, get in touch and we can link your additional email addresses to your account.
