When your account administrator adds you as a leader to use our services, you will receive an email from us welcoming you to Meetupcall. In the email, the Activate Leader Account button will send you to a page to set your password.
Setting your password
- Click on the Activate Leader Account button.
- Enter password.
- Confirm your password.
- Click on the Set Password button.
Once you've set your password you will be able to access your account control panel at manage.meetupcall.com.
Seeing the account control panel for the first time
On your account control panel, you will see a column of tabs to the left covering everything from your call activity and international dial-in numbers to a settings page where you can change the individual call settings for your account.
At the top left of the page you can edit your profile. Here you can update your name, job title and location as well as adding a profile picture. These are all displayed in the conference dashboard when you're on a conference call.
On the top right of your screen, you will find your Shared ID and Leader PIN to be used if you are more comfortable arranging your calls manually and not using our invite service.
