When your account administrator adds you as a leader to use our services, you will receive an email from us welcoming you to Meetupcall. In the email, the Activate Leader Account button will send you to a page to set your password.
Setting your password
- Click on the Activate Leader Account button.
- Enter password.
- Confirm your password.
- Click on the Set Password button.
Once you've set your password you will be able to access your account control panel at manage.meetupcall.com.
Seeing the account control panel for the first time
On your account control panel, you will see a column of tabs to the left covering everything from your call activity and international dial-in numbers to a settings page where you can change the individual call settings for your account.
Your profile can be found on the top right of the page. Here, you can update your name, job title, location and upload a profile picture.
Your profile will be displayed on the conference call dashboard when a conference is arranged via easy invite.
Arranging a Conference Call
There are two ways to arrange a conference call with Meetupcall. Clicking the ‘Arrange a Call’ button shows the steps to take when arranging a call and where your shared ID can be found.
A Simple way to arrange a call through your event calendar by creating a new appointment and inviting your attendees using their email address.
Meetupcall is compatible with most calendar applications including Outlook, Google, Apple, iPhone & Android.
Simply create a new event in your calendar and include firstname.lastname@example.org as an attendee. Click send and we’ll do the rest!
Be sure to use the email address registered to your leader account and if you use more than one email address, get in touch and we can link your additional email addresses to your account.

Arrange Yourself (Shared ID)
If you’d prefer to arrange a conference yourself, you can copy your shared Conference ID by selecting the ‘Arrange Yourself’ option.
- Select the location/country for you and your attendees, to display the local dial-in numbers.
- Click ‘Copy to Clipboard’, then paste the details and send them to your attendees
- You can send the details by calendar invite
- or send direct via email
To see your leader pin, click ‘Join as Call leader?’ and you can copy and paste the details for your own reference ahead of the call
This ID is assigned to your leader account and will never change. The same ID can be used for any conference calls in the future.
Invite your team to Meetupcall
To add a new leader account for a team member
- Fill-in the name and email address for the new team member.
- Then click Add Team Member
An email will be sent to the newly created leader, inviting them to activate their Meetupcall account

Arrange a Conference Button
To arrange a new conference call simply click the ‘Arrange a conference’ button on the top right of the dashboard
Shared Conference ID
Click the Arrange a conference button and then select Arrange yourself. Here you can select dial-in numbers and find your shared conference ID.
Click the Join as Leader toggle button to show your Leader Pin
Active calls are shown at the top of the page, any calls which are in-progress
A list of upcoming calls will be displayed along with the arranged time & number of attendees.
- Click the red cross button to cancel a call
- The view call button will open the scheduled call page and will show the attendee list and conference details
- The number of upcoming calls displayed can be changed using the rows per page dropdown menu
You can view past calls filtered by Month, using the dropdown menu within the tile.
The call can be tagged for future reporting purposes using the blue arrow icon.
Clicking the view call button will take show you the call overview.
If the call was recorded, you can listen to and download audio files
Please note – access to call recordings is dependent on your account plan. If you are unsure about how long you have to listen to recordings, contact your admin or the Meetupcall support team to find out more.
